Refund, Return and Product Guarantee Policy

Expired and Short-Dated Products

Our store specializes in surplus, short-dated and expired ink cartridges, toner cartridges and other printer consumables from various brands.

The expiry date, product condition and any known packaging damage will be clearly mentioned on the relevant product page wherever applicable. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing surplus, short-dated or expired stock at a discounted price.

Manufacturer warranties may no longer apply to expired or short-dated products unless specifically stated on the product page.

Our Working Guarantee

Although these products may be expired or short-dated, we guarantee that the cartridge will work when correctly installed in a compatible and properly functioning printer.

All sales of expired and short-dated cartridges are final, but if the cartridge does not work or has a verified product defect, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Reasons

A refund or replacement may be approved when:

  • The cartridge is not detected by the compatible printer.

  • The cartridge does not print after correct installation and troubleshooting.

  • The cartridge leaks or arrives physically damaged.

  • The cartridge produces serious printing defects caused by the cartridge itself.

  • You receive the wrong cartridge model or an item different from what you ordered.

  • The product has another verified functional defect.

Reporting a Defective Product

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • The printer brand and exact printer model.

  • Photographs of the cartridge and packaging.

  • A photograph or video showing the printer error or printing problem.

  • A sample printed page, where applicable.

  • A brief description of the troubleshooting steps completed.

Please do not discard the cartridge or its original packaging until your claim has been completed.

We may ask you to return the cartridge for inspection before approving a refund or replacement.

Troubleshooting and Inspection

Before approving a claim, we may ask you to:

  • Confirm that the cartridge model matches your printer.

  • Remove all protective seals, clips and tapes correctly.

  • Reinstall the cartridge.

  • Restart or reset the printer.

  • Clean or align the printhead where applicable.

  • Provide photographs, a video or a printer error report.

If the cartridge is confirmed to be defective, we will provide, depending on availability:

  1. A replacement cartridge; or

  2. A refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will normally cover the amount paid for the defective product. Reasonable return-delivery costs will also be covered when we specifically request the return and confirm that the product is defective.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept a return or provide a refund for:

  • A change of mind.

  • Ordering the wrong cartridge or toner model.

  • Printer incompatibility when compatibility information was correctly displayed.

  • Failure to check the printer model before ordering.

  • Packaging discoloration, fading, dents or cosmetic damage that was disclosed before purchase.

  • A cartridge damaged through incorrect installation, misuse or improper storage.

  • Damage caused by removing, modifying, refilling or tampering with the cartridge.

  • Problems caused by a faulty, blocked or poorly maintained printer or printhead.

  • A cartridge that has been substantially used or depleted.

  • Normal differences in print yield, colour shade or page coverage.

  • Manufacturer warranty rejection due to the product’s expiry date.

  • Claims submitted without reasonable proof of the reported problem.

  • Claims submitted after the cartridge has been discarded.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive the wrong item or if the product is visibly damaged during delivery, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the parcel, packaging and product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

After a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your bank, payment provider or card issuer.

Original expedited delivery charges, cash-on-delivery fees and other optional service fees are generally non-refundable unless the full order was incorrect or defective.
